Activities
isits to places of
interest are arranged regularly. The visits form part of the educational nature of the
courses; they are of both social and cultural interest and include Oxford University
Colleges, art galleries, and museums, as well as weekend visits to other places of historical
and cultural interest such as London, Stratford, Warwick Castle, Bath, Blenheim Palace and
Cambridge University.
xford Tutorials organises
an interesting programme of sports and leisure activities including: swimming, punting on the
river (that's what the "shadow" people are doing on the left), ice-skating, badminton,
table-tennis and boating.
e try to ensure that the
places we visit are of cultural or historical interest (and generally free). However if there
is enough demand we can arrange alternative outings upon request, for instance to theme-parks.
In this case, however, students are responsible for any entrance fees.
